These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, software, indicators, content, training materials, and related resources provided by:

In these Terms, “Five Minute Trader”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Five Minute Trader. “You” and “your” refer to the purchaser, user, subscriber, or visitor accessing our products or services.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, installing, or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all users of our website, digital products, trading indicators, educational content, support channels, and any related materials we make available.
They apply whether you purchase a one-time product, a recurring subscription, a bundled offer, or receive access under a promotional arrangement, free trial, or other offer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase and use our products and services.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Services
We may offer products and services including, but not limited to:
- custom trading indicators;
- TradingView-based scripts or tools;
- educational products;
- downloadable files;
- trading-related training materials;
- support communications;
- bundled digital offers;
- subscription or membership access, where applicable.
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, replace, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any product or service at any time.
4. Trading Platform and Access Requirements
Some of our products may require you to hold an account with a third-party platform, such as TradingView, in order to receive or use the product.
Where a product requires a third-party username, account ID, email address, or other access details, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information so that access can be granted.
If you fail to provide the information reasonably required for activation or delivery, we may be unable to grant access until the required details are received.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own third-party accounts, devices, and software environment are compatible with the product you purchase.
5. Delivery and Activation
Access to our products may be provided by one or more of the following methods:
- email confirmation;
- manual activation;
- TradingView username approval;
- download link;
- account area access;
- invite link;
- membership portal delivery.
We will normally provide access within a reasonable period after payment and after receipt of any information required from you.
It is your responsibility to check your inbox, spam folder, and any onboarding instructions we send. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, you must contact us at support@fiveminutetrader.com.
6. Licence Grant
Subject to full payment and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the purchased product for your own personal use or your own internal business use.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the product or any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not, unless we give express written permission:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, assign, or transfer the product;
- share access with any third party;
- publish, upload, leak, or otherwise distribute any protected files, scripts, code, settings, logic, or content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any product, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- use our products to infringe any intellectual property rights;
- use our products in any unlawful or fraudulent manner;
- attempt to bypass access controls, licensing restrictions, account limitations, or payment controls.
Any unauthorised use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to our products, indicators, code, content, branding, materials, documentation, and related assets remain vested in Five Minute Trader or our licensors.
Nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
9. One-Time Payment Products
Where we offer a product for a one-time payment, that payment grants access only to the product described at the point of sale, subject to these Terms.
A one-time payment does not automatically entitle you to:
- one-to-one coaching;
- custom development;
- unlimited support;
- future premium products;
- major new product lines;
- indefinite upgrades beyond the product’s commercial life;
- compatibility with all future third-party platforms or environments.
10. Lifetime Access
Where a product is marketed or sold with “lifetime access”, “lifetime use”, or similar wording, this means access for the commercial lifetime of that product, and not for your natural lifetime.
The “commercial lifetime of the product” means the period during which we continue to make the product available and actively maintain or support it as an active product offering.
Lifetime access may end if, in our reasonable judgment:
- the product is discontinued;
- the product is replaced by a materially different new offering;
- the product becomes obsolete;
- the product becomes incompatible with TradingView or other required third-party services;
- continued provision becomes technically impossible, commercially impractical, unlawful, or disproportionately burdensome;
- we cease operating that product line;
- your access is terminated due to breach of these Terms.
For clarity, lifetime access does not guarantee:
- access for your lifetime;
- perpetual support;
- perpetual updates;
- perpetual compatibility;
- perpetual hosting or manual maintenance.
11. Subscription Terms
If we offer a recurring membership, subscription, or auto-renewing plan, that plan will continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fee using your selected payment method on each renewal date unless you cancel before renewal.
Subscription details, billing interval, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout or in the relevant offer description.
12. Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you are on a recurring subscription, you may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent future billing.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you will retain access until that period expires.
You may cancel using any method we make available, which may include:
- your customer portal;
- account settings;
- written email notice to support@fiveminutetrader.com.
It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
13. Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to expired card details, insufficient funds, payment refusal, or any other reason, we may:
- retry the payment;
- request updated billing details;
- suspend access;
- terminate the subscription if payment remains outstanding.
You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts properly due.
14. Price Changes
We may change pricing for future purchases and future renewal periods.
Where a recurring subscription price changes, the new price will apply from the next renewal period after the change takes effect, unless applicable law requires a different process.
If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the next renewal date.
15. Refunds
Because our products are digital content, refund eligibility is limited and subject to applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale:
- once a digital product has been delivered, activated, approved to your TradingView username, downloaded, or otherwise made accessible, the sale is final except where required by law;
- subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, except where required by law or where we expressly state a refund window;
- if we voluntarily grant a refund, we may terminate access to the refunded product immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or otherwise not supplied in accordance with applicable law. The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides specific rights for digital content in those cases.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you should contact us first at support@fiveminutetrader.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated in relation to a product that has already been delivered or activated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access while the dispute is investigated.
Nothing in this clause removes any legal right you may have to raise a legitimate payment dispute. However, abusive, dishonest, or bad-faith chargebacks may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
17. Support
Any support included with your purchase is limited to the support described at the point of sale.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase does not include:
- unlimited one-to-one technical assistance;
- trading mentorship;
- account management;
- strategy tailoring;
- custom coding;
- installation on your behalf.
We may change support channels, availability, and response times at any time.
18. Updates, Improvements, and Product Changes
We may release updates, bug fixes, improvements, or revisions from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, you are entitled only to those updates that we choose to provide during the commercial lifetime of the product you purchased.
We reserve the right to modify product logic, settings, features, delivery method, user experience, compatibility approach, and product structure where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or adapt the product.
19. Third-Party Dependencies
Our products may depend on third-party platforms, services, or infrastructure, including but not limited to TradingView, payment processors, email providers, charting tools, exchanges, brokers, data feeds, or operating systems.
We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, delistings, pricing changes, or compatibility issues caused by third parties.
If a third-party dependency materially affects product functionality, we may decide to modify the product, replace it with a substantially similar alternative, or discontinue it.
20. No Financial Advice
All products, content, materials, and communications provided by Five Minute Trader are for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by us constitutes:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- trading advice;
- tax advice;
- legal advice; or
- a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument, security, asset, or market position.
You remain solely responsible for your own decisions.
21. Risk Warning
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. Losses can exceed expectations, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
No trading indicator, script, model, alert, system, or educational material can guarantee profits or eliminate the risk of loss.
You acknowledge that use of our products is entirely at your own risk.
22. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- assessing whether a product is suitable for your own objectives and risk tolerance;
- verifying settings, logic, outputs, and alerts before acting on them;
- your own brokerage decisions, entries, exits, position sizing, and risk management;
- maintaining your devices, software, internet access, and platform subscriptions;
- ensuring secure handling of your files, credentials, and access information.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- the products will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- access will always be available;
- the products will remain compatible with every future platform update;
- the products will meet every user’s expectations;
- use of the products will result in profits or prevent losses.
24. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Minute Trader will not be liable for any:
- indirect or consequential loss;
- loss of profits;
- loss of trading opportunity;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of business;
- loss of goodwill;
- loss of data;
- losses arising from trades entered, missed, delayed, or exited using our products.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a product or service will be limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
25. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
- you breach these Terms;
- you engage in piracy, credential sharing, redistribution, or abuse;
- you misuse the product;
- you act fraudulently or unlawfully;
- you initiate a bad-faith payment dispute;
- continued access would create legal, technical, or commercial risk for us.
Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities accrued before termination.
26. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
Where you are a consumer, any rights you have under applicable law remain in effect.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
The version in force at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or is reasonably necessary and communicated to users.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
